Sleep Aids That Can Cure Insomnia

August 7th, 2010

There are plenty of natural sleep aids available, all of which obviously tell you to believe many different things about just how effective they can be in eliminating sleep problems. But most are meant to be a temporary solution to a growing problem. Some would say that you can get sleep aids that can provide you with more permanent solutions. But the question is, do these natural sleep aids actually work?

One of the most natural ways that you can promote sleep is to drink a cup of tea. Whether it’s chamomile tea or another tea that is meant to naturally relax the body, between the warmer temperatures and the ingredients actually involved, you can relax the body and improve natural sleep patterns. This is also why warm milk has been known to be relatively effective. Likewise, toasted cumin seed has been known to be relatively effective.

Second, many find that yoga can be extremely relaxing, even to the point of working with natural sleep aids. With yoga, it will help you to meditate and concentrate, finally making your brain work for you and teaching you how to relax the muscles and otherwise relax the body.

And finally, you can try eating a banana. Bananas actually contain a hormone known as tryptophan. Tryptophan can help you to relax and improve your natural sleep patterns. When it comes to bananas, they also have a number of nutrients that can improve the body. And it will help you all in all to get the results that you want.

Spreading Herpes

August 31st, 2009

I sometimes wonder how guys think about this.  Herpes is a highly communicable disease, and while herpes simplex or cold sores are mostly just annoying, they can get quite severe to say the least, depending of course on the case.  Simplex herpes is also quite common considering if you have just one cold sore ever, you have it and you really can’t cure it to be frank.  But that aside, I’m thinking about the more awkward, embarrassing and otherwise not fun types of herpes.

There are some guys that seem to get around, and for some reason they feel the need to share with their friends, why I still have no idea.  Now girls in general tend to think of it one way.  If you and your friend end up with the same guy, you’ve basically been with each other, because obviously anything any one of the three of you have will spread to the other two inevitably enough.  But guys apparently don’t think of it that way, and unlike AIDS or something like that, nobody’s actually required to tell their partners if they have it.  Granted, it would be nice.  But it’s better to be cautious either way, because you can’t always count on the other person to do so, and herpes is of course the most common problem that ensues.
